The staff were extremely friendly and excellent and had a sense of humour. There were very comfy beds and central heating, a work desk, and a TV inside the room.

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the place. All in all, it was cosy base for travelling to Toulouse. Marvellous location, it was next to the train station. Moreover, the area was domestic.

Helpful staff and the place was fairly clean. The rooms were spotlessly clean and carpeted and complete with fast WiFi, muggy outdoor temperature, for example. Fruit juice and pastries were better than expected. The location was excellent, close to the train station. Fast food restaurant Tacos Avenue was located 5 minutes walk away. I stayed here for 2 days and would happily return.

Everything was great and lots to do. The room was practical, carpeted in good condition. Having shower facilities and fresh towels was a bonus. Was a fabulous base for trip.

We stayed at Hotel La Chartreuse for 3 nights during our trip to explore the beautiful city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They took care of storing our baggage and even assisted with the delivery and overnight storage of our bikes, which was a huge convenience. The location of the hotel was perfect, just across the road from the train station and the Canal du Midi bike path. Despite the small size of our room and shower, the value we received was exceptional. The 24-hour reception and security added an extra level of comfort to our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just steps away from the train and bus station, making it a perfect choice for travelers arriving by public transportation. the friendly staff at the reception are always available and provide excellent customer service. The rooms are small but clean, with a comfortable bed and a multi-plug conveniently located next to it. it offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers on the go.

The continental breakfast could use more variety, as it lacks options like cold meats and cheese.
